Adventure on the high seas has a way of working up the appetite, so allow Adventure R.I.B. Rides to provide lunch on board the R.I.B. or on a secluded beach for a completely unique experience. Choose from one of our Adventure Picnics below or create your own custom excursion. Arrangements can also be made to drop you off, pick you up, or wait while you eat, at any one of the fabulous dining spots located around San Diego or Mission Bay.

Enjoy an exhilarating ride as you explore a beautiful and dramatic stretch of California coastline from Point Loma to Mission Bay, leaving the hustle and bustle of the city behind. Mission Bay, originally called “False Bay” by early explorers, is the largest man-made aquatic park in the country and is surrounded by 19 miles of beaches.
Depending on your preference, the captain can either anchor the boat at an idyllic cove/beach or can bring the Adventure R.I.B. in for a beach landing so you can enjoy a picnic on the beach. (During much of the year, the Captain will be able to find a secluded beach for your enjoyment.)

If you prefer a casual dining experience after a fun and exhilarating ride to Mission Bay, Adventure R.I.B. Rides can take you to the Barefoot Bar & Grill at the Paradise Point Resort in Mission Bay. Take in the panoramic views of Mission Bay as you enjoy eating at this popular bayside restaurant.

Journey to a remote Mexican island and enjoy a picnic on the calm, protected and crystal clear waters of Moonlight Cove (Middle Island of the Coronado Islands). Watch sea lions, harbor seals and elephant seals frolic around the boat as you relax and enjoy your picnic. Let us know if you want to go snorkeling and we can arrange the equipment rentals and have a certified Dive Master onboard to enhance your in-the-water experience.
